AFL Commemorative Brunch

The Women’s Committee of the Alberta Federation of Labour (AFL) invites you to a commemorative brunch and morning of solidarity

 in honour of the 14 women who died on December 6, 1989, at the École Polytechnique in Montreal, Quebec.  All funds raised will go to the Ermineskin Reserve Shelter in Hobbema, AB.

Date:  Sunday, December 4, 2011
Time:  10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Location:  Murrieta’s Bar & Grill, 10612 – 82 Avenue, Edmonton, AB
Cost:  $85 (tax receipt for $40 provided)
Registration:  Please complete the registration form on the AFL forms page at
http://www.afl.org/index.php/About-AFL/forms.html and then clicking on
“First Mourn…Then live for Change” tab.  Please make your cheque payable to the AFL and indicate that it is for the December 4th brunch.
Additional Information:  The deadline to register is November 23, 2011.
