The Alberta Federation of Labour (AFL) Women’s Committee is hosting a commemorative brunch on December 5, 2010, to help raise funds for the Alberta Council of women’s Shelters.

Date:  December 5, 2010
Location: Murrieta’s Bar & Grill, located at 10612 – 82 Avenue, Edmonton, AB
Time: 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Price:  $85 per ticket (tax receipt for $40 will be provided)

*The brunch is open to all members of the public.

Special guest speakers include:

•    Muriel Stanley Venne, Metis Nation of AB
•    Sonia Bitar, Citizenship Judge
•    Jan Reimer, Executive Director, ACWS
