This week, your Bargaining Committee concluded face-to-face meetings with the Company for 2010.

  The parties have now reviewed most of the proposals three times.  Face-to-face meetings will resume January 11, 2011, where the parties are scheduled to begin the important next stage of negotiations which is the progression towards middle ground; exploring possible agreement on each others’ proposals.

To date, discussions with the Company remain positive.  We look forward to negotiations continuing to progress towards a positive and timely conclusion in the New Year.
