Your Bargaining Committee has summarized the changes to the tentative collective agreement into this spread sheet.

It is our hope that this document will be a useful tool when reviewing the changes made to the Collective Agreement. We have organized the spread sheet in the same fashion as the new Collective Agreement; the Master section applies to all appendices, Appendix A – Plant, Clerical and Retail Operator Services (West) (Former Appendices A, B, C & D), Appendix B – Plant and Clerical (East) (Former Appendices E, F, G & H), Appendix C – Competitive Operator Services (Former COS MOA), followed by Memoranda and Letters of Agreement.

Please note: This document is meant to highlight significant changes that you will find in the tentative collective agreement (removed June 27, 2011); for a full understanding please review the contract language, if there is a difference in wording the CBA applies. If there is a difference between the English and the French version, the English version is the official version.
