The TWU is seeking information to gather clarification on work that was done by the bargaining unit, and is now done by manager or management professionals.

  This information will be used to assist the TWU in determining our final bargaining certificate.

How can you help?

• Are you aware of management doing work similar to what you do?
• Did someone retire and come back as management and is doing the same work?
• Are you bargaining unit in one province and your peers across Canada are management?
• Were you aware of work performed by bargaining unit that management is now doing?
• Was your work re-located to a different province and is now performed by management?

The TWU will be contacting active and retired members looking for information.
