Members Invited to B.C. Federation of Labour’s Breakfast Commemoration
Posted 2009-Nov-12

The B.C. Federation of Labour is inviting members to its annual breakfast, commemorating the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.

Established in 1991 by the government of Canada, December 6th marks the anniversary of the murders in 1989 of 14 young women at l’École Polytechnique de Montréal.  Because December 6th falls on a Sunday, the breakfast will be held on Friday morning, December 4th.
