Air Canada (AC) flight attendants have voted 98 per cent in favour of strike action.

  The flight attendants are organizing a pre-strike solidarity rally across the country on September 20, 2011.  Everyone is encouraged to wear purple in support of the flight attendants.  Purple is the colour of solidarity, the colour of power, and it unites former red AC folks and former blue Canadian folks in one colour.
