On September 9, 1200 Managers and Professional and Technical Engineers at MTS Allstream, members of Telecommunications Employees Association of Manitoba

– International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (TEAM-IFPTE) Local 161, ratified a new two and a half year collective agreement, expiring February 19, 2013.

Some key changes include: addition of Adoption Leave plans, two per cent wage increase in the third year, one per cent increase in variable pay, a lump sum payment of $500, changes to the job evaluation plan and changes to the formula for voluntary retirement/departure incentive program.
