It has come to the Telecommunications Workers Union’s (TWU/STT) attention that Telus is circulating an invitation to employees to participate in a Personal Health Assessment through a Sun Life questionnaire.

  Sun Life is a health insurance provider to Telus.  The questionnaire asks for very personal and private information and has not been endorsed by the TWU.  Members should be aware that they are under no obligation to complete the health questionnaire and are strongly advised to contact their family physician for health evaluations or for any health concerns they may have.
