This is a reminder that Local 51, joined by Locals 50 and 60, are hosting a boat cruise.  We would like to invite you to attend and help commemorate the Telecommunications Workers Union’s 65th Anniversary alongside of your sisters and brothers as well as friends and family (no minors).  Tickets are being held over (due to summer vacation) at the early bird price of $25 until August 25th, after which the regular price of $30 per ticket will apply.  Tickets also include one complimentary beer or glass of wine. Everyone attending is asked to bring a non perishable food item for donation to the Food Bank (which will have a trunk on site), to celebrate TWU Local 60’s $100,000 in donations to date to the organization.  This donation will entitle you to be entered for a prize draw.  Local 51 would like to send a big THANK YOU to those lower mainland locals who have given their financial support, along with individual ticket sales, to help make this event possible.
