The TWU officially filed an unfair labour practice complaint against TELUS and Tele-Mobile on January 30, 2009.  The TWU is pursuing all legal avenues available to challenge the termination of positions and reduction of bargaining unit personnel that will occur, including making application to the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) for an interim order, which will provide a legal stay of this downsizing program.
