A decision has come back regarding the Employment Insurance (EI) appeals which took place in Alberta and British Columbia, stemming from the 2005 labour dispute.

The appeal has been dismissed by the umpire.

The Telecommunications Workers Union (TWU) is currently looking into any possible appeals and will advise of our next steps.

This decision covers all of the EI appeals the TWU had been approached to take forward.
