The ratification meeting taking place in Edmonton, Alta., on Thursday, May 19, 2011, was originally scheduled to take place in Hall D of the Northlands Park Expo Centre.

Due to the devastating wildfires in Slave Lake, the evacuees are temporarily being housed in Hall D. Therefore, the ratification meeting has been changed to Hall B.
