The Telecommunications Workers Union (TWU) is pleased to announce that negotiations with COPE 15 will resume on August 20th and 21st. In light of COPE’s willingness to return to the bargaining table, the TWU has chosen to lift the soft lockout imposed on COPE 15 staff since July 13, 2009, effective immediately.

We look forward to sitting down together and working towards a mutually beneficial outcome. The past few months have been challenging for all parties involved. As we have said before, we appreciate the hard work and dedication shown throughout the years from our COPE staff. We will keep you informed on any further developments.
