The Telecommunications Workers Union (TWU) Political Action Committee would like to let all BC members know that the next leader of the BC New Democratic Party (NDP) is going to be elected on April 17, 2011.  The BC NDP has a “One Member – One Vote” method of electing the new leader so your vote will be just as important as any other member.  In order to be eligible to vote in this election, you must be a member of the NDP before January 17, 2011.  If you are not a member of the NDP or your membership has lapsed and you are interested in joining, you can visit the BC NDP website at www.bcndp.ca
